Quality Control

Quality begins with the supplier. Is your production process set up correctly? Then we apply the AQL standard for the final check.

We take over the communication with the supplier in case of quality deviations and inform you about tolerances etc.

The production process is not yet firmly established at the supplier? Are there recurring quality defects?

We are on-site during the production at the assembly line and monitor your individual production processes.

We record the quality defects and jointly agree with the supplier how to rectify the defects. We monitor that the quality handbook and also the work instructions are renewed and applied to the next production.
